There are some many things you can do with the Miniature Australian Shepherds.  They  can make great  dogs for those that like to enjoy walking, hiking, herding, frisbee, flyball, dock dog, camping, horseback riding trails, horse shows, rodeos, or just about anything that you can think of.  The breed can be active and wants to please.  But they are extremely smart and can be more than some people can handle.
